One of the roles of BCSS, Victoria Branch is to work on behalf of families and their loved ones suffering from serious and persistent mental illness. The larger our membership list, the more effective we can be in making sure that people needing services receive them and in ensuring that legislation and laws fairly reflect the needs of those we serve.
