Fall/Winter WRAP Programs Launching!

WRAP For Youth 2017 Children Jumping

We are thrilled to be launching our 2017 Fall/Winter Wellness Recovery Action Plan® (WRAP) programs!

These free programs will enable participants to develop their own unique Wellness Recovery Action Plan®, an evidence-based self-management and recovery system designed to:

  • Learn tools that support your well-being.
  • Gain skills to live the life you want, and manage the difficult times when they arise.
  • Decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviors
  • Increase personal empowerment
  • Improve quality of life
  • Assist people in achieving their own life goals and dreams
  • Increase wellness for workplace or education

WRAP for Youth (ages 17-30) will launch on Friday, October 27th from 1:00 – 3:30 and run for 8 weeks.

WRAP for Adults will launch on Thursday, October 26th from 1:00 – 3:30 and run for 6 weeks.

WRAP for Alumni has launched and a few spaces remain for those who have taken a WRAP program before.

WRAP for Kids (ages 8-12): Starting October 29th, Sundays from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.

Seeking Board Members

BCSS Victoria is an innovative and dynamic organization that makes a difference to those affected by mental illnesses in the CRD.

Our Board is a working board and seeks dedicated individuals to serve with accounting, fundraising, communications and/or business experience as well as those who have a wide network in the community.
